  • The makers of upcoming trading card/strategy game Cross the Ages announced that Japanese entertainment and video game conglomerate Square Enix will join the project as one of its strategic investors. Big names that are also backing the Polygon/Immutable X-based game are Animoca Brands and Ubisoft (CT).

  • Futuristic-themed AAA game Delysium secured $10 million in a strategic funding round. The first-person shooter (FPS) project will utilize the capital to develop more content and build its publishing network, the Delysium Multiverse (E27).

  • User-generated educational game platform TinyTap announced that its first batch of TinyTap Publisher NFTs got sold at an auction for 138.926 $ETH ($204,257.34). TinyTap is a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based game software company and venture capital company Animoca Brands (PRNW).

  • Anthony Di Iorio, best-known as one of the co-founders of the Ethereum blockchain, announced his new project called “Andiami” (Italian for “let’s go together”). Basically, Andiami aims to promote decentralization with 3,000 console units called “Cubes,” which are devices similar to Microsoft’s X-Box (FC).

  • GameFi as a Service (GaaS) platform Game Space has invested $3 million in the Decentralized Identifier (DID) project KEY3.id. Basically, the protocol aims to provide free and decentralized identity for incoming Web3 users (CN).

  • Web3 gaming ecosystem Xternity raised $4.5 million in a latest funding round. Along with the capital raise, the company also launched the platform’s open beta. Xternity is described as an all-in-one hub that powers decentralized applications (dApps) for GameFi and metaverse projects (UT).

  • P2E and NFT game platform PlayMining has announced the launch of its new game title Lucky Farmer. Set for release on November 14, 2022, the project is a farm-themed coin pusher game (M).

  • Emerging blockchain gaming and entertainment company Catheon Gaming announced partnership with Dancing Bonito Incorporated & SPARK Incorporated. The collaboration aims to bring mobile RPG Tokyo Conception to the blockchain (CT).

  • Metaverse gaming platform Battle Infinity is set to list its native token $IBAT on crypto exchange MEXC Global. The fantasy sports project’s token will be available on the Centralized Exchange (CEX) starting on November 8 (CN).

  • Collectible trading card game Gods Unchained announced the launch of its Community Quest offering. This latest feature presents 4 weekly quests in daily Play-and-Earn from November 7-December 2 (TW).

  • Collectible card game Splinterlands has announced the release of the Splinterfest promo card – Lux Vega. The limited edition will be available for sale on the Splinterlands shop starting on November 15 (TW).

  • Blue-chip NFT collection Azuki and Japanese jewelry brand AMBUSH to embark on their first fashion collaboration. The partnership launched a limited edition capsule collection that features hoodies and necklaces. Basically, the new offering features technology that links physical items with its digital counterpart (HB).

  • Startup sports NFT studio Eterlast has secured €4.5 million ($4,496,895) to launch out of stealth mode. The European company aims to provide new ways for fans to experience sports through NFTs and Web3 games (EUS).

  • Taiwan-based instant food manufacturer Orbitel International Corp. announced plans to launch NFTs based on O’s Bubble mascot Boba Man. The NFTs will be stored on the Polygon blockchain and displayed on top digital collectibles marketplace OpenSea (PRNW).

  • Music/sports/lifestyle NFT platform One Of announced a new partnership with online seafood delivery service Get Maine Lobster. The collaboration aims to provide an NFT-based membership that entitles members to receive fresh seafood from Maine (D).

  • MetaPlex CEO Stephen Hess apologizes for miscommunication over a recent announcement about the company’s supposed partnership with digital artist Beeple. Hess has said that the collaboration will bring the record-selling NFT creator to the Solana blockchain (D).

  • In a bid to bring together environmentally aware consumers and brands, climate technology startup company LeafPAYS has launched its AI-generated NFT project. “LeafPAYS is launching its NFTs with the aim of decreasing the impact of carbon on our environment,” LeafPAYS CEO Gary Reinhold stated (YF).
